United Lutheran Church Men

Welcome to the Men’s Ministry of United Lutheran Church

We have a dedicated group of men who believe in following Jesus and doing great things for our community. We have meetings twice a month at the church. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 7a.m. in the Fireside Room. We discuss the Bible, current world and local news.  We also plan for our upcoming events.

We are involved in many events and projects in our church and our community. One is our Seeds for Missions project. Every year,  a farmer donates part of his land to this mission. We pay for the seeds, the planting and the harvesting.  What yields come from those acres are divided up and given to support local organizations. If you are a farmer and would like to be involved in this project for a year, please contact the church office at 218-685-4179.

Another one of our projects is hosting the Monthly Community Meals at United Lutheran. Each month, September through May, we host a meal on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. We serve from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. It is a Free-Will offering type of meal and we choose a foundation, project or business in our community to support.

A few of the projects/businesses we’ve supported in the past are: Someplace Safe, Grant County Human Society, Sheriff Emergency Fund, Food Shelf, Foster Closet and many more. Please join us for the Community Meals and support your our community of Grant County.

All Are Welcome!
